The Primal Plan
A 6-9 month program designed educate and build ancestrally-based habits.
This program is for men 30+ years old looking to lose weight, get leaner, stronger, and faster, and lower their chances of getting chronic diseases.
Part 1: Primal Essentials
Topics: Nutrition, movement, and sleep + stress
Goals: Rapid weight loss and more energy
Part 2: Primal Fitness
Topics: Lifting heavy things, sprinting, and leveling up with fasting + ketosis
Goals: Leaner body and improved strength/speed
Part 3: Primal Lifestyle
Topics: Sunlight, nature, social connections, play, slowing down, and voluntary discomfort.
Goals: Maintain- primal habits become second nature
Cognitive Health Plan
A 6-month program designed to help improve cognition by leveraging aspects of Dr. Bredesen’s ReCODE protocol.
This program is for men and women 50+ years old who are trying to prevent, slow down, or potentially reverse cognitive decline often associated with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease.
