Part 1: Primal Essentials

Duration: 6-Months

Month 1 - Nutrition

Month 2- Movement

Month 3- Sleep + Stress

Month 4- Lift Heavy Things

Month 5- Sprint

Month 6- Level Up: Fasting + Ketosis

Part 2: Primal Lifestyle

Duration: 3-Months

Month 7- Sunlight + Nature

Month 8- Social Connections + Play

Month 9- Slowing Down + Voluntary Discomfort
