Part 2: Primal Fitness

  • Topics: Lifting heavy things, sprinting, and leveling up with fasting + ketosis.

Part 3: Primal Lifestyle

  • Topics: Sunlight, nature, social connections, play, slowing down, and voluntary discomfort.

Cognitive Health Plan

  • A 6-month program designed to help improve cognition by leveraging aspects of Dr. Bredesen’s ReCODE protocol.

  • This program is for men and women 50+ years old who are trying to prevent, slow down, or potentially reverse cognitive decline often associated with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease.
