The Primal Plan
$295 per month
All contracts are month-to-month with no long-term commitments
The program length lasts anywhere from 6 months - 1 year based on an individual’s health and life circumstances
The plan includes:
One 60 minute kickoff meeting.
Weekly 30 minute calls that eventually transition to bi-weekly.
Education, motivation, and guidance toward lifestyle and behavior change.
Suggested resources such as blogs, books, podcasts, handouts, and recipes.
