My commitment: I am not interested in life-long, paying clients. My goal is to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and discipline to take control of your health for the rest of your life.

The Primal Plan

$295 per month

  • All contracts are month-to-month with no long-term commitments

  • The program length lasts anywhere from 6 months - 1 year based on an individual’s health and life circumstances

The plan includes:

  • One 60 minute kickoff meeting.

  • Weekly 30 minute calls that eventually transition to bi-weekly.

  • Education, motivation, and guidance toward lifestyle and behavior change.

  • Suggested resources such as blogs, books, podcasts, handouts, and recipes.

Main focus areas:

1. Nutrition - The single most influential factor to take back your health. More than 80% of your body composition is based on diet and it’s the foundation for a healthy life.

  • The ‘Big Three’ modern toxic foods to avoid

  • How to use fat for fuel

  • Metabolic flexibility and the role of hormones

  • Intermittent fasting and how to use it as a metabolic health tool

  • Practical pantry-purging, grocery shopping, and meal prepping tips

2. Fitness - I’ll explain how conventional exercise routines are doing more harm than good and show that fitness can be simple and enjoyable- without an expensive gym membership.
